CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
"Online" contract means the contract that has as its object the purchase of goods and products at a distance by a consumer customer (hereinafter called "Consumer") and the supplier firm PAOLO SABA VAT number IT01095460927 Entered in the business register of CA-104194 as well as owner (hereinafter referred to as "Supplier") based in Dolianova (CA) in Corso Repubblica 72, 09041 to take place using only the Internet technologies made available by the Supplier at the address https://www.paolosaba.it . It should be noted that "Consumer" means the natural person who, in relation to the contract, acts for purposes unrelated to his professional activity .
Commitments of the purchaser - The Consumer, by confirming the order electronically, declares that he has read and fully accepts the conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchase process and in this contract, also undertakes to read, print and keep the conditions of sale below as well as provided for in Legislative Decree no. 185/1999.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

to its Customers within 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods purchased. To make use of the right of withdrawal, the Customer must:

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, the returned goods must be received intact in the original packaging and wrapping to Paolo Saba within 15 days. The response to the email and the returned goods must be sent to the Paolo Saba company headquarters located at Corso Repubblica, 72 - 09041, Dolianova (CA) - Italy. The cost of returning the goods to Paolo Saba remains the responsibility of the Customer, who may send the goods back via the courier indicated by Paolo Saba or with one of his own. In case he chooses to ship the goods by a courier other than the one indicated, Paolo Saba will not be responsible for any loss of the shipment. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, and in any case within 20 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, Paolo Saba will proceed to re-credit the cost of the order, including the cost of the first shipment in the same manner in which it was originally paid. Any product that does not conform to the original will not be refunded or even withdrawn but rejected to the Customer.
